March 2010 Workshop

This intensive workshop will introduce the acting training technique devised by David Mamet and William H Macy. Andrea Moor introduced the technique to Australia in 1994 and later co-founded Practical Aesthetics Australia in Sydney. She has taught the technique at NIDA, WAAPA, QUT perf studies, PAA, and on the sets of many feature films and television series. Andrea, a working actor, teaches from a practitioners point of view, assisting the actor to put into practice these simple and very effective techniques of scene analysis and personalisation. These classes are suitable for those committed to learning new skills or extending their craft.
